About Us
We built Sage & Stone as an antidote to the hurry of modern fitness culture. Our studio is grounded in warm morning light, natural materials and unhurried pacing — a place to practice vinyasa, yin, restorative yoga or breathwork without comparison or noise.
Founded by Elena Hart, who spent years in high-intensity fitness before discovering that true strength lives in slowness, Sage & Stone was born from a simple belief: that yoga is not a performance. It is a practice of presence, breath by breath, body by body.
We teach in a warm, sunlit room with natural wood, soft textiles and quiet intention. Every class is paced for you to notice your breath, feel your body and remember why you came to the mat — whether that's strength, rest, healing or simply the pleasure of moving with care. Our teachers are trained not to push harder or faster, but to meet you where you are, one breath at a time.
Whether you're rolling out a mat for the first time or returning to a long-held practice, Sage & Stone is a place where slowness is not laziness. It is where the deepest shifts happen.
