Meet Your Teachers

Each teacher brings a distinct voice to the practice, grounded in the same intention: presence over performance.

Common Questions

Do I need prior yoga experience to join a class?

Not at all. Our classes are taught at an approachable pace, and teachers offer variations for every level, including true beginners.

What should I bring to my first class?

Just comfortable clothing and a water bottle. We provide mats, blocks, bolsters and blankets at no extra cost.

How do I claim my free first class?

Use the booking form on this site to request a time; we'll confirm your class by email or phone within a day.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least four hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked class, so we can offer the spot to someone on the waitlist.

Which practice is right for me?

Choose vinyasa for an active, breath-linked flow; yin or restorative for a slower, deeply calming session; breathwork for guided breathing on its own or alongside a class.
